The scraper pipe, the core conveying component of the scraper suction hopper, is manufactured from high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel and consists primarily of the following components:
● Main body: Spirally welded steel pipe, typically 500-1200mm in diameter, with a wear-resistant lining on the inner wall.
● Universal joint: A special hinged structure allows for a ±15° swing angle.
● Telescopic sleeve: A hydraulically driven telescopic section with an adjustable range of 2-3 meters.
● Wear-resistant flange: Specially hardened at the inlet and outlet ends for a service life of up to 8,000 operating hours.
