Dredge Cardanic Joint
Sanyang Heavy Machinery standard dredge cardanic joint (dredge single joint) is available in a range from DN 600 up to DN 1400. Any other diameter is available on request. Dredge cardanic joint are made of a strong steel construction, which can be easily integrated into the side-suction pipe of all hopper dredgers. Dredge Cardanic joint consists of two male arm pieces, a cardanic ring and a rubber fender hose.
Dredge cardanic joint allows movements of 30° in horizontal.and vertical direction. It consists of two male arm pieces, a cardanic ring, a rubber hose and a rubber fender. Sanyang Machinery designs the pivots as steel shafts with high-wear-resistant bushes.And it have sufficient strength to bear the full load of the side suction pipe.
